Apart from the relay events, each athlete may enter a maximum of 3 individual events (either 2 tracks & 1 field event or 2 fields & 1 track event).

HKSYU would appoint photographer(s) to take photos during the event. Unless you inform the OSA by writing to osa@hksyu.edu, HKSYU would assume your consent for HKSYU to use your images (including any motion picture or still photographs made by HKSYU of your likeness, poses, acts and appearances) for any purposes in connection with promoting HKSYU and its activities, which may include advertising, promotion and marketing (online and offline). HKSYU may crop, alter or modify your images and combine such images with other images, text and graphics without notifying you.
◉ 本人聲明自己的健康及體能良好，適宜參加上述活動。本人明白及同意如因本人的疏忽、技術不足、健康欠佳或任何原因，而引致參加這項活動時傷亡，香港樹仁大學或其合辦、協辦機構無須負責。
I declare that I am physically fit to participate in the above avtivities.I understand and agree that Hong Kong Shue Yan University or co-organisers will not liable for any injury or death arising from the event.
